UV Mapping the Drive Shaft
I got the UV mapping done for the drive shaft by taking the different sections of it and unwrapping them and then relaxing them.
Using symmetry modifiers to keep the shape
So using the symmetry modifiers is helpful in making the low poly driver shaft be accurately the same all around.
Creating the Driver Shaft part 2
I learned how to use the Cut tool in this tutorial, and it's starting to look like a driver shaft now.

Creating the drive shaft, part 1
Create the first half of the driver shaft for the low poly model, and now I will finish the other half of it in the next video.
Unwrapping the Hub
I made a uv map for the hub, and then I unwrapped it. I'm going to be creating the driveshaft in the next video.

Shaping the Hub
I took the shape and smoothed it out a little bit to give it a more recognizable looking mesh. I'm going to be unwrapping the mesh in the next tutorial.
